The VT-P2P partners and Local Education Agencies (LEAs) will forge a shared vision and robust interagency relationships. The VT-P2P will integrate the efforts of partner organizations and establish a structure of accountability that involves partners in continuous quality improvement, adherence to best practices, and ongoing professional development. The VT-P2P project is structured with a broad Leadership Team encompassing all key partners, meeting quarterly, and a smaller Steering Committee convening monthly. The Vermont P2P model aims to cultivate formidable and effective partnerships culminating in post-school success for Vermont students with disabilities.
